What is your favorite drink?
Water. Favourite of all. You can’t make any other drink without a considerable water content.
We are situated a little above the equator in the northern hemisphere. Right? The selection of the drink largely depends on the seasonal atmosphere. Three distinct seasons are crucial to locking the perfect one in India. Remember, our choice is usually dependent on the thermometer reading.
My day starts with a mug of ginger masala tea, especially in the winter. However, mint leaves spread a pleasant aroma. Several

types of hot soups in a day would keep the body warm and healthy. Don’t you agree that taste must be presided over by the health benefits? And yet most soups delegate a double bonanza of the taste with benefits.
Summer comes with tempting sugarcane juice. The juice to keep the body hydrated. Moreover, a straw inserted into a green coconut full of water means a cooling factory. And how can we forget our traditional summer drink? Buttermilk remains at the top in the queenly category. Notably, I refrain from carbonated soft drinks, “injurious to health.”
What do you think about the monsoon season then? Isn’t it a strange mixture of cold and hot climates? They say that ‘when you can’t decide what to do, you can lift a peg or two to cheer up with closed eyes, Tune into the gazals and the evening in a rainy thunder would keep up to the late night.’ But I readily disagree. Rather a glass of warm water is fine. Still, add some spices and herbs and boil it for a while. The killer is ready.
Importantly, we have just one per cent of the total water available for daily use, putting aside 97 per cent in the oceans and others in the glaciers or snow caps on mountains. I never dilute this precious drink in hard drinks; call me a country boy.
